Period for which data will be stored

Your personal data will be stored until the expiration of claims arising from the agreement / services or until the expiration of the obligation to store data required by law, especially the obligation to store accounting documents related to the agreement. In the case of responding to a query, personal data will be stored for one year.

 

Recipients of data

Your data may be shared with entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, such as IT service providers, debt collection agencies – such entities process data based on an agreement with the administrator and solely in accordance with the administrator's instructions.

 

Transfer of data outside the EEA

Providing personal data in connection with the conclusion of an agreement / services provided based on it, as well as for answering a query, is voluntary. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude an agreement / provide services or answer a query.
