The purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing
The data will be processed in order to:
- conclusion and performance of the contract of sale and / or provision of services – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of data processing to conclude and perform the contract of sale, services (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
- answering the submitted question – the legal basis for processing in this case is consent (art.6 par.1 lit.a) GDPR),
The period for which data will be stored
Your personal data will be stored until the claims under the contract / provision of services expire or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents regarding the contract. If you answer the question, personal data will be stored for one year
Data recipients
Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the administrator, among others IT service providers, data processors for the purpose of debt recovery – and such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the instructions of the administrator.
Transfer of data outside the EEA
Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
The rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, deletion, processing restrictions. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
